This has been a rough week. Tuesday sucked, sick kid + Van break down + need to find someone to pick up 4yr old and somehow pick up the 6yr old at 3 ( Finally had to call and have him ride the bus)= Stress. Then we went on to have two more days before we got the van back. As of Friday I was bummed that the scale was stuck so I lost all my steam. I had no desire to work out (My work out buddy was home with a sick kid) and all I wanted to do was eat. I knew I'd probably over eat some but told myself to let it be, try to make good food choices and if I slip up so what I am allowed a hungry day. As I began to complain to Jason he mentioned that stress might be the missing factor to why the scale got stuck. So Saturday morning I decided to un-stick it by going to Zumba. I usually don't work out on Saturdays, too much family stuff to do. I went and felt great, it also renewed my healthy eating desires. The scale moved again which brings me to this weeks starting numbers.

I'm sorry it was a rough week! But you made it thru and got to Zumba in the end! When I stick to my regular running schedule, it always motivates me to eat better. (Which explains why I ate way too much sugar this weekend...no run on Saturday.)
I know it was a rough day but your a super hero! You are without a doubt going to have those crappy don't feel good days! I think you are doing amazing and your not alone! I hope you don't mind me reading your blog.. I find you VERY inspiring! *Much Love*
