The scale said 226. This means I have officially lost my first 10 lbs. This is starting from November when I was at my breaking point weight of 236. However most of this weight has been lost over that last 2 weeks once I started giving a full effort to my workouts and been eating the right way. Last post I mentioned Weight watchers. I have a friend who was going to drop off her stuff but since she hasn't I have just been tracking my calories in my head mostly. My friend Stacy referred me to MyFitnessPal.com. I registered for it yesterday and like how it helps me track my exercise and food. It is free so I think I will keep using it. I also have a Weight Watchers recipe book and am using that to plan the Family meals. Over all I feel good and I am very happy with the forward momentum. It is going to be a long journey but any long journey begins with a step right?
